Here is something about me so that you can get to know me:
My name is Isabelle. Mother of a four-year-old son, employed and responsible for the household and now part-time freelancer with this blog and shop!
As a mother, you are probably familiar with the daily challenges of bringing everything under one roof. Sometimes you can do it, sometimes you can’t.
In addition to washing clothes, preparing food, parents’ evenings, changing diapers, reading aloud, playing and whatever else happens when a little person has enriched life, it is sometimes not easy to take care of yourself.
Of course, watching your own child grow up, play with them, cuddle and teach them something, compensates for a lot. Life is suddenly completely different, more beautiful and also more stressful.
Especially when children are even smaller, all thinking revolves around the cute little worm. And you lose yourself a little to be a good mother. At least that’s how it was for me.
I have also given up many of my hobbies or activities in order to make everything as perfect as possible for the little sparrow. I used to sew a lot (my closet thanks me for quitting :)), read, and just had time.
That may well be the right attitude for the first few years of life. At some point I realized that constantly thinking about others, even if it was about your own child, is not good for your health in the long run.
And if you do something for yourself, everyone around you can benefit. You become calmer, more balanced and can stay calm, at points where you might have lost your nerve in the past.
It’s a win-win situation that everyone, especially you and your family, can benefit from.
But life without children can be difficult and stressful these days.
Job, friends, family and obligations: It’s like the hours of the day keep getting shorter. It seems we have more to do in a lot less time.
My story – more about me personally
I was sick for a very long time, had fibromyalgia (whole-body pain), migraines, mostly for more than half of the month, severe tension in the neck, shoulder and back area. And, because I couldn’t do anything anymore because of the pain, also depression.
The decision to change my whole life because it didn’t work the way I did it was quickly made.
But how can you change something if you don’t know where to start?
Through continuous work on myself and the determination to lead a normal life again, I have tried countless methods and techniques. The simplest of them all led to a great success.
About me and my motivation
I always wanted to be there for my son and suffering from migraines three days a month was too much for me. That’s why I broadened my horizons. I’ve managed to be migraine-free for over three months using unconventional methods !!
I will also introduce you to simple, easy-to-use techniques on how to prevent tension and make it disappear.
My focus is on holistic relaxation and mindfulness so that you can enjoy your life to the full again.
Because I want others to be able to achieve what I have achieved, what I have dreamed of for so long:
The dream of a life without tension, stress and lots of joy!
